This notice covers the CoachWithHonor SMS program and its opt-in/support form. CoachWithHonor is operated by Connor T MacIvor. It does not describe separate member-app, coaching-session, health or other data collection.
Information collected: the contact details and message you submit, SMS consent and opt-out records, and delivery/reply information needed to operate the program.
How it is used: to answer your request, send the informational messages you selected, maintain your preferences, and prevent unwanted messaging or misuse.
Service providers: messaging and CRM providers process information to deliver and support this program. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties except the service providers necessary to operate the messaging program.
